Danny Bolduc

Daniel Alphonse Bolduc was born February 3, 1946 in Lennoxville and attended
Lennoxville High School. As a member of the St. George Anglican Chruch he
was an active participant in its youth group.

After joining the United States Army as a regular, he served in Germany
where his daughter was born. As a Corporal, E-4 he served in Vietnam with D
Company, 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 196th Light Infantry
Brigade, beginning his tour of duty on June 13, 1969. On July
29, 1969, he was killed in an explosion, possibly from a landmine.

Corporal Bolduc left a wife and daughter as well as a younger brother and
his father.

Corporal Bolduc is buried in St. Georges Anglican Cemetary in Lennoxville, and is commemorated on the "The Wall", theVietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C
