My knowledge of the Memorial is extremely limited. Stettler is a town of just over 5,000 and is located approximately It is located 101 km east of Red Deer, Alberta . The Memorial was originally erected in 1937, unveiled by Lord and Lady Tweedsmuir who laid a wreath in honour of the men from the area who lost their lives. In 1955 the Memorial was relocated to its current location in Sharpe Memorial Park, Stettler, Alberta.

If anyone has any comments, or can provide more information on the monument, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
