The next one is from October 16th, 1915 and signed at Le Treport, France. In this one the year of her birth changes to 1887.

The third one is from July 15th, 1918 and uses her married name, Margaret Neil Kelley. Her next-of-kin is given as her husband, Major Frederick William Bruce Kelley, C.A.D.C., at Canadian Base Depot, B.E.F., France. This attestation was signed at Fredericton, New Brunswick. It is noted that she has served for 25 months overseas. This time her birth year is 1890.
