Subjective: Man states that he tires easily and that he readily becomes short of breath. If he chops wood for a short time (say 10-15 minutes) he has to sit down to "Get his breath". Also he notices that climbing stairs or running will make him breath very fast at these times or after any moderate exertion he has frequent attacks of sharp pain over heart. Pain is referred to back and down left arm. He is inclined to be drowsy and sleeps a lot. He notices that exertion or excitement makes heart beat fast.
