Son of Roland Williams and Constance Maude Williams (nee Bowen). Had served one and a half years with the C.O.T.C. and was a member of the 9th Mississauga Horse, Canadian Militia. Transferred from 124th Battalion to the R.F.C. in 1917.  Returned to Toronto to complete his university course in April 1918, but died of pneumonia October 22, 1918.
