NURSING SISTER MAUD B. HANNA joined the C.A.M.C. January 30, 1916, and was attached to the Orpington Hospital in Kent, England, and later transferred to Shorncliffe Hospital. Owing to her good work she was transferred to La Treport1 Hospital, France.
She contracted diphtheria upon being transferred to Canadian Casualty Clearing Station after five weeks faithful service there, and upon her recovery at the base Isolation Hospital was transferred to England and later came back and was accorded a hearty welcome, Oct. 7th, 1916.
