Letter from Corp. Plant

              Toronto, April 10th, 1915
 The Speaker, New Liskeard.
Dear Editor: Would you please express our extreme thanks for the useful presents or gifts which the boys from New Liskeard received last Tuesday, 6th April?  We all appreciate the unity of spirit between those who are not able to join us in this great cause, but lots of work remains to be done at home.  Business as usual will help quite a lot.
It will be of interest for you to know that we have three corporals from New Liskeard, viz.: Corp. Vout, Corp. Adams, and Corp. Plant.
When we get away from here we will write you more fully.  There were three or four more parcels than men, but we will distribute them.  Below is the list of the men who received the parcels and acknowledge the kindness of the New Liskeard ladies.
     A.E. Dent, G.E. Martin, A. Johnson, S. Penn, G.S.W. Adams, L. Corp. Molyneaux, C. Lundberg, F. Warner, D. McKenzie, Corp. E. Vout, Corp. C. Plant, Reuben Pettifer, J. Gemmell.
